“Nutrition is such an integral part of life — every day we have to eat! If nutrition feels overwhelming; confusing, or stressful; I love bringing together skills in nutrition and coaching to support you to have more clarity and confidence that you can meet your nutrition goals!”
Hobbies:
I love spending time outside in every season growing flowers in the warmer weather and running in the woods. I enjoy all different types of movement including weight lifting classes and yoga. One of my favorite ways to spend a day includes trips to the hardware store, demoing and building a home project, and being creative choosing paint colors or tile.
