What Darby's Clients Are Saying...

“I loved the fact that Darby didn’t just give me a generic weight loss plan. She really listened to me and catered a plan toward my lifestyle and PCOS diagnosis.”

“Overall I am really pleased with the program. Darby has been great and I think she really understands my issues and my goals. I have really liked the coaching part of it with consistent visits and not just a one time or two time session. It’s wonderful being able to set my own goals and have someone walk me through the process without being told what to do or feel like I’m being judged. I really wanted to make better choices for myself, but I also did not want to turn my world upside down to do it. Setting small realistic goals each week makes healthier choices easier to achieve and stick with to make into an actual healthy habit.”

Hobbies:

Cooking, hosting friends and family for meals, walks through Chicago, trying new restaurants, spending time with her husband and dog, Basil!
