Dietitians who coach you to a better relationship with food.

We combine the sciences of nutrition and motivation to help you make sustainable changes, no willpower required.

Food Relationship

At All Access Dietitians, we understand the critical role that lifestyle, healthy food choices, and physical activity play in the prevention and management of diabetes. Research has consistently shown that diet and lifestyle modifications are key factors in reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and delaying its onset.

Clinical trials comparing lifestyle interventions to control groups have reported risk reductions for T2DM ranging from 29% to 67%[1]. In fact, diet and lifestyle modifications have demonstrated greater effectiveness than metformin in preventing and/or delaying diabetes.

Our approach to managing diabetes encompasses multiple components, including Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), physical activity, blood glucose monitoring, medications, and self-management education and support. The focus is on empowering individuals with diabetes to achieve the best possible control of their glucose levels and overall health.

Food Relationship with the Dietitian Coach Approach

Health coaching and behavioral therapy are integral components of our food relationship approach at All Access Dietitians. Our dietitian coaches use motivational interviewing and behavior modification techniques to address challenges and barriers faced by individuals.

Studies have shown that adherence to prescribed dietary plans is essential for effective nutrition management, but it can be challenging for some clients. Comprehensive interventions that include social support, self-care promotion, and active participation are crucial for a positive food relationship.

Our dietitian coaches provide support, encouragement, and strategies to help individuals adopt healthier eating patterns and make sustainable lifestyle changes. By tailoring the education plan and dietary pattern to each client’s unique needs, we facilitate excellent adherence and long-term success in your food relationship.

We're dietitians who do more.

We aren’t giving out handouts or prescribing diets and hoping you will be motivated to implement our recommendations. Nope, that doesn’t work. Instead, the goal of your sessions with your Dietitian Coach are to create momentum and confidence to continue moving forward towards better health, on your own terms.

Your Dietitian Coach will create a safe and non-judgmental environment to openly explore your strengths, challenges, motivators, and values in a way you’ve likely never done before. After each session, you will feel motivated, educated, and empowered.
