At All Access Dietitians, we believe believe that an essential step in your journey to better health is first defining your wellness vision.
What is a wellness vision?
It’s an empowering statement that describes your ideal state of physical, mental, and emotional health, including the behaviors you want to be doing consistently. Think of it as the “big picture” of your health.
A wellness vision can provide clarity on who you want to be, what you want to feel like, and what you value in life. It can be a positive and powerful motivator to help you stay on track as you work towards your goals.

“I live each day with gratitude and vitality. I am mindful when moving, feeling happy as I prioritize my physical health. My motivators are feeling and looking great with endless energy. I want to be around for a long time to be here for my children as well as keep up with and be active with my grandchildren.
“I am setting a great example for my family and friends by prioritizing my health and wellbeing. When faced with challenges, I take the time to mindfully explore positive, strategic solutions. The main components of my vision are running a marathon, eating more whole foods, and becoming more mindful of my behaviors.”

In your second appointment with your Dietitian Coach, you will spend 60 minutes together brainstorming and crafting your personal wellness vision.

1. Complete Forms
Complete a 3-minute New Client Packet and submit your insurance information, if applicable. Your insurance coverage will be confirmed after you book your first appointment.
2. Book Appointments
After your New Client Packet is complete, we will send you an appointment booking link. You’ll schedule your two Introductory appointments to build that momentum!
3. Meet Your Dietitian Coach
You’ll meet virtually with your Dietitian Coach for your introductory appointments to discuss your health history, create your wellness vision and goals, and set up your customized coaching program.
