Lindsay loves food and believes strongly that comfort foods, traditional and holiday foods, all have a place while working toward long-term health and wellness goals.  

After 7 years working alongside patients undergoing cancer treatment, Lindsay is passionate about cancer risk reduction, healthy nutrition during treatment, and living healthfully in survivorship. She also believes prevention, reversal and management of chronic diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular disease is attainable through thoughtful diet and lifestyle change. 

Prior to beginning her career as Registered Dietitian, Lindsay worked in Corporate Communications and also has an undergraduate degree in French. Lindsay loves exploring new restaurants, Orangetheory, long walks through the city, and volunteering with a local children’s nonprofit.

Lindsay loves exploring new restaurants, Orangetheory, long walks through the city, and planning fundraisers for a Chicago children’s nonprofit. Fun fact – Lindsay also has an undergraduate degree in French!
