Rachel provides evidence-based nutrition coaching through an individualized, goals-centric approach. Rachel values building relationships with her clients and uses a collaborative style to move members toward sustainable habit change. Before joining the All Access Dietitians team, Rachel worked at Chicago-based concierge medical practice, where she coached hundreds of busy and active professionals on a variety of nutrition goals. Prior to that, she also gained experience as an outpatient weight management dietitian in the gastroenterology department at University of Chicago Medicine. Rachel is passionate about helping her clients develop confidence in their nutrition and resilience in overcoming obstacles.

Hobbies

Rachel enjoys traveling with her friends to Paris, exploring Chicago’s sprawling food scene, relaxing in the Wisconsin Northwoods, hiking the worlds most beautiful places with her husband (e.g., Tour Du Mont Blanc, Machu Picchu), and staying active through running and gym sessions.
