Danielle is an “all foods fit” dietitian. She believes that there is room to include your favorite foods while pursuing your health and nutrition goals. This approach focuses on what to add to your diet, rather than what to solely remove and restrict. As a dietitian looking out for your best interests, she will take your lifestyle and personal preferences into account, meet you where you presently are, and coach you to where you want to be.
Danielle has clinical training and experience through Swedish Hospital, specifically in diabetes and cardiovascular disease medical nutrition therapy. She obtained her Master’s of Psychology from Grand Canyon University, and she is working towards her Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and Well Coaches health coaching certifications. Danielle is always striving to learn and read up on the latest research to share science-based evidence and facts with her clients.

I believe that “all foods fit” in moderation and that food is more than just nutrition. Food also evokes memories, pleasure, culture, and more. My main focus is helping my client’s find that intersection between enjoyment and satisfaction of their foods and supporting their health through sustenance. I want my clients to feel empowered, energized, and confident in their ability to make their own informed decisions when it comes to health, wellness, and longevity.
What Danielle's Clients Are Saying...
“Something that surprised me was how fast I saw improvements! I knew that working with a Dietitian Coach would be motivating, but Danielle REALLY helped me figure out what worked best for me and continued to be supportive every step of the way. My wins so far have been waking up with more energy in the morning, improving my hormone health, gaining muscle and losing body fat! Danielle has helped me learn healthy habits that are setting me up for a long, healthy, and joyful future :)”
“I’ve had other dietitians in the past and what made this work for me is that there’s a program with real goals and a plan for getting there, but it’s totally scaled to fit me. My goals each week are obtainable — taking small steps each week toward a larger goal and having the support to get there is what’s made the difference. I also really appreciate the knowledge that Danielle brings to the table. She really knows her stuff and it’s so helpful to not just hear the suggestions and tips, but also WHY they work. Danielle is also always willing to give me resources and check in with me, making me feel like I’m not on my own.”
“I never met with a dietitian before and I was scared thinking about how they would make me cut calories and make me lose weight, but with her was not the case, she asked me what is my goal and she explained to me step by step how we can improve my PCOS symptoms, but always explaining it how to balance my meals and why is very important.”
Hobbies:
First and foremost, I love investing in my social health by spending quality time with friends, my family (including my two rescue pups). I also thrive off of staying active as a runner, yogi, and hiker. My love for nutrition does carry over into cooking and baking, in addition to learning about local markets, sustainable farming and gardening. Lastly, my R&R game consists of Netflix & chill, baths, and reading because…balance. 🙂
